The last 2 times we've dined here we've gotten seated right away, but both times we had to wait over an hour to receive our food. No, it wasn't busy either time. There is a new girl who is really good about paying attention and bringing you drink refills without even having to ask, but the others never pay attention to this detail. We had to stop the manager the last time, twice. Once to have him get someone to bring drinks they forgot and again when we needed boxes for food to take home. It's like all of the waiters/waitresses seem to dissappear except for when they're busy bringing food out. The food is okay. Personally I prefer OJ's to Perkins. Better food and service!

The waitress snatched my drink out of my mouth and persisted on saying "you need to go on a diet Maybe next time you should order diet root beer, fatty" unbelievable!!!! AND to top it off she had the audacity to sit her ass down at MY table after she insulted me!!! Still better than Applebee's so I'll give them 3 stars

They were a bit slow and we had traveled to see grandsons. By time our orders were finally ready the youngest was ready to leave. He is three and can't wait hour for food. But otherwise the. Atmosphere was friendly and clean.

Just "ate" here. Or rather waited 30 minutes until I had to tell them to put it in a to-go container because I was on my lunch break. The place hardly had anyone there and we still waited 30 minutes after ordering to get food. And more than once before this time, my family and I's food tends to come out cold. The Perkins chain really needs to step in and get better management and kitchen staff, service is the slowest in the town.

Good came fast and was hot....very tasty!! Tamara was our waitress and she was as nice and efficient as she could be. I would go again!
