Every experience I have had at this establishment has been exceptional. They have the best drinks in town and members of their staff have won national awards for their cocktails. The Diving Elk is full of great pre prohibition style drinks, great people and an excellent regional and local tap-list. On top of all of this, their menu is wonderful. They often utilize locally sourced products for home made dishes or desserts.

I love the selection of beer and that you can try many different kinds with the flights. I've eaten here 3 times. The first time I got Mahi Mahi and it was amazing, chicken sandwich was also good, but I wasn't so impressed the last time getting a salad with salmon. Maybe just a bit too fancy for me. I do enjoy the atmosphere here and will be back.

This place is really nice has great beer selection and food. Only thing that sucks is the clientele, it attracts alot of snobs. But if you ignore them and get yourself a flight and some food you won't regret it.

Great food. Great service! One of the better restaurants in Sioux City for sure.
