This is a wonderful and authentic Mexican restaurant. The owner is delightful and accommodating. Staff are very friendly and quick to respond to requests. They always accommodate customers. I have a wonderful time whenever I visit thus restaurant.

Really good Mexican food...especially for vegetarians. Most Mexican restaurants use lard in the beans, and chicken stock in the rice, as is customary in authentic restaurants. However, Reyna's makes these exceptions, while still maintaining authenticity. My only gripe is the guacamole (at least the ones sold at Hyvee). It's actually Mockamole, yet still maintains the very bold $8.99 price tag. I was impressed to find it lasted almost a week and a half without turning brown. Something seemed weird about it, but I couldn't place what it was. Normally when I buy guacamole I down it like nobody's business. Finally my wife got around to trying some and instantly exclaimed "this isn't guacamole, this is Mockamole (peas), given, the distinct smokiness of the pea flavors. Real guacamole only lasts a day, or two in your fridge, but mockamole, being mostly peas, would last much longer. I was surprised I didn't pick up on the pea flavor earlier. It does remind me a lot of split pea soup. I just wish they would list it among the ingredients, and reduce the price a bit as a consequence, as it is more expensive than most Real guacamole.
