Ordered delivery to the Comfort Inn. The pizza was delivered on time, and was the hottest delivery food I've ever had. They even sent plates and napkins without me even asking! Driver was professional and nice. The lady who took my order was also nice! I've been to a lot of Pizza Huts in my life but this was top 3 for sure! I don't know anything about their physical location but delivery and product are on par!

This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years, which is probably why you always see the parking lot empty. I had to ask them to restock their lettuce just so I could have my salad bar and they took almost an hour to get our pizza to us and there was only a couple other people there. Their silverware and napkins on the table were dirty so we had to ask for new ones.

Junction city is. Walked in at 8 pm . Was set at a booth. The wait person took our for drinks. Took 15 minutes to get drinks. Placed order Wasit person comes back and tell us there will be a 60 minute wait on breadsticks as the manager tells her they need to defrost. Before they can be cooked. We walk out as the more she talked the more we felt like we was not wanted there.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Multiple employees standing around while there were a bunch of customers waiting to be seat, finally after a healthy wait time, they went to seat us and they couldn’t even find a table the was cleaned off from previous customers.

Brought the family for dinner and as in previous reviews things seem to add up. This pizza hut could really use more customer service training. Asked for extra crispy pizza And no communication between the waitress and cook. When I asked to talk with the MOD Manager On Duty, she said that they did not want to burn the pizza. Please get some more customer service training and take care of your customers.
