I love the Levee. I’ve lived in Lawrence for some time now and compared to other overpriced brunch spots in town this is WAY better. The environment is clean, updated and welcoming. I don’t feel rushed and I get the right amount of attention from the helpful and friendly staff. The food is delicious and priced well. It’s affordable for a college student. It’s also not a hole in the wall place that I can bring anyone to- children, young adults, and even elders. Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food. A+

The Levee is an awesome little cafe on the river with beer and cocktails. Food is amazing, try the breakfast tacos, and the beer selection is honestly pretty good for a breakfast cafe. I love stopping in on a weekday after a walk down the river. Really awesome spot!

Friendly helpful staff and a small menu with classic choices. I had the corned beef hash and loved it. Came out quickly and when requested, hot sauce was provided. Delish.

Very busy during lunchtime and nice, casual atmosphere. We sat on the patio with the puppy. I loved the healthy food options and the service was pretty quick as well. (Please give me a thumbs up if you found this review helpful.)

What you might call a "gem of a spot." Breakfast and lunch menu is varied and food is excellent. Large portions and good prices. Quaint, small, and totally relaxing and inviting, overlooking the Kaw.
