We visited this location on a Saturday for lunch. It didn't seem very busy. Our waiter did a great job on checking on us and taking care of us but the food was she to the table. The food itself was fine and on part with what I expect. The building and/or decor looks like it's due for an update. There seemed to be a struggle between staff in who cleans up after we saw a family leave the floor in really rough shape. There was a staff member that cleared the table but ignored the floor. There were also staff members that walked customers to the areas to notice the mess and divert to other tables. I can't say who's job it was but there were plenty of opportunities to handle it.

Was shocked when our Oriental Chicken Salads were delivered....no longer served in the large pasta size bowl but on a small dinner plate. Instead of taking half home for later, I took half home to make a salad with the chicken, carrots and little bit if cabbage. When I mentioned how little lettuce there was our server said well I can maybe get some more lettuce if you want. If I wanted to make my own salad, why would I do so at a restaurant? Was informed the portion sizes had changed. More like cut by over half. No offer to refill my soda when 1/4 full. Not like they were busy, no more than 6 tables with customers. Last time I go to the Applebee's on 95th & Quivira. Sad to see a restaurant chain go downhill when it was once a place for good food at reasonable prices.

Not a bad place overall needs a good deep cleaning. Staff are good and are fast. Food is about normal nothing fancy.

Pretty typical Applebee's. Our lunch Food was good and the service was mediocre. We chose Applebee's over food poisoning from Chipotle. No contest.
