Cascone's is a great, relaxed, atmosphere. The food is done well. The prices are comparable. The staff and owners are outstanding. My wife loves to dine there as often as we can afford to. Wifey is from New York and has been to some true Italian places in her old neighborhood. She says "Cascone's is like being transported to Italy ..."

Sauce is sweet. Desserts are good, particularly the lemon cake. Atmosphere could be more pleasant. Seemed like waitress was over stressed given that it wasn't super busy. She was nice/efficient. Pricing is high for the style and food but it is on Metcalf so it is fancy location.

Some of the BEST down to earth, home grown, big plate Italian food in the state of Kansas and Missouri. Cannot beat the price and the taste. Have always loved this location. Kudos to all of you at Cascone's!

Amazing staff that was always on the ball and ready to serve. Live jazz band which created a wonderful atmosphere. Love the authentic Italian cooking and vibe. They make the most of a small space and it feels like your the only table in the restaurant.

Usually everything is amazing here... This trip was different. The food was amazing as always but our waiter forgot straws after being asked 3 times. We had to ask for refills multiple times and didn't get the bread we asked for until it was already time to go. We also weren't told there was a BOGO special this evening. We found out when our waiter told the new group of people that sat down next to us. By that point it was too late. Spending $200+ on a meal I expect better service and typically get it. Just didn't get it this time.
