Pretty good, what I order is always what I get. Only problem is recently they stopped delivering to my house, even though I live only 10 minutes away. Staff is always nice but online ordering and delivery is kinda wild.

I don't appreciate stores that cut prices by halving the ingredients on their products. That's just plain greed. Give a customer their money's worth and you'll get customers for a longer time.

Everytime we order pizza we order $50 or more worth. Today we tried to order pizza from this location and were told that they are no longer willing to deliver to our address. When we asked why we were told that they dont have to tell us. The only reason I can think of is when they are busy so they pull the pizza before its actually cooked through so I get a doughy undercooked pizza, or when you ask for extra sauce and the pizza arrives with all the toppings stuck to the box top.. Neither of these issues are my fault and if im paying for the pizza it should be at the very least consumable. I suppose we will be ordering from Papa Murphy's from now on.

Tried calling the store to correct the order when it didn't add the dessert to the order free like it was supposed to do. Can't get the store to answer and the call center can't fix it so the extremely rude woman at the call center tells me to hang up and keep calling back to get someone else never got the dessert for the grandkids

When ordering a pizza to be delivered to my boyfriend at his job on his BIRTHDAY I asked them to place the pepperoni in the number 24 on the pizza. Lady told me she wrote it in the order. Pizza was delivered without the 24. Called back to ask why my request wasn’t done and the manager said “they aren’t trained to do that” A THIRD GRADER COULD PLACE PEPERONI IN THE SHAPE OF 24. Why was this not told when I originally ordered???? Ridiculously LAZY workers. Or maybe they’re just too dumb to know their numbers. Spent $20 to ruin a surprise birthday treat. Never will be ordering from here again. Don’t even deserve the 1 star.
