Online order that said food would be here in about an hour. It won't tell you the estimated time until after you have processed your order. Had I of known it was going to take an hour for our food, I would have went somewhere else. This was on a Sunday night after 8pm so they wouldn't have been crazy busy. I called the store 4 times to finally reach someone at corporate who said that she found out order and see that it was now 20 minutes later than estimated. Said that they were short delivery drivers... The driver amazingly just got back to the store and our order was next to go out the door. Corporate estimates another 15-20 minutes. So now my worry is will my food be cold by the time it gets here? She said for my trouble she would give me a cold for a "few" dollars off... they need a new system at that store. What they have going now isn't working. Too many disappointed customers Update... after waiting 2 hours for our pizza, I called about 4 times and finally spoke to someone to the Georgetown store and not corporate. He then informs me that our food was in the oven...even though corporate said it was on it's way. I told him I just wanted a refund and was sending my husband out to get food from somewhere else. He was nice and helpful; however, waiting that long for pizza is ridiculous.

New manager just arrived off plane that day.(per hostess) Food took over an hour and a half. Everyone in the dinning room was complaining. Floor was really dirty. There were only about five tables seated no where near full capacity. Food was getting delivered to wrong tables. I really hope the new manager can turn the place around . I will try again in a few months.

I would give 0 but not allowed!! They suck!! I can't tell you how many times they've messed up but they laugh and think it's funny as well. It's so bad they don't even argue with you to get a credit when you call corporate!!

Used to be amazing. Something changed over the past few years to decimate their quality. Staff is still friendly tho.
