MAJOR SAFETY CONCERNS!!!!!!! To any customers that are wanting to try Double Dragon don’t take me wrong they do serve good food but there is a major safety concern that you need to be aware of that is they like to staple their food containers together so they stays in place and if you’re not careful you can choke on those staples while you are eating their food. After an incident that my wife and I had where we ordered some food and without staples been the food we called them to let them know that their Staples and something needs to be done about our food they decided to go ahead and give us a refund which is understandable and also they decided to not take our orders any more. That is not a way to treat a customer that likes your food like to service and the only complaint that they have ever had in ordering for two years from them is that there was Staples in the food. So after some time we file the complaint we decided to order food from them again we called them to order and once we told him the address and guess what they told us they told us that they cannot figure out any other way to hold their food products together by not using Staples so because of that and also because apparently we were very rude in complaining that there a Staples in our food that they would not deliver to us as or take our orders in general. So dear customers that are looking to order food from Double Dragon I am informing you that they have a major safety concern with the staples that they use to hold their food containers sometimes those get into your food and you have a chance of choking on the Staples that this table there a product together so if you don’t mind having a safety concern feel free to order if you are concerned that you might choke on a staple then you might not want to order from them.

I am appalled at the service we were given or better yet not given the other day. How can a restaurant deny the service of a couple that have been loyal customers of theirs for at least two years and never had any complaints or concerns and the one time they do and it's concerning a staple being in their food that almost got eaten one of the biggest concerns of them all not just like my food was not fresh enough or we didn't like what food we got. No it was one of the biggest safety hazards that a customer can encounter. Having an inedible object, a staple, that they use to package their products in get into their food. My husband and I had little to no complaints about this place before this incident happened. But showing their nonchalant attitude to how they serve people their food whether it be safe or not and showing no respect to their customers and their concerns. It's been nothing but a bad experience and probably rhe worst experience weve experienced at any restaurant before. They didn't even care or want to even take into account what happened that the staple was in the food and that it almost got eaten. I can't believe the poor service they've given us and didn't want to fix the safety concern or do anything about it or even serve us any more. And because they said there's no way to change and not have the staples put on their things and that they thought we were rude for putting in our complaint about our food having a staple in it. They just lost a couple customers that were still willing to give them a chance as long as they dealt with the situation. But they never did anything about it and were very rude to us and inconsiderate. If your worried about getting staples in your food don't eat here. We're never going to eat at this disappointing place again. There's better restaurants in town anyway way better than this.

On my first visit to Double Dragon, I witnessed three people bagging dry noodles, in the dining area, with their bare-hands. Yes, their bare-hands! I did not see any gloves and/or cups for scooping. Apparently, this unsanitary act is normal because the employees did not try to hide it. I could not believe my eyes. After watching for a brief moment, I turned around and walked out the door. I will never eat at this establishment.
