I was expecting your typical Mexican and it was anything but. Interesting menu items rather than just the same old same old. The short ribs enchiladas were fantastic. Everything was flavorful and well-spiced but not spicy. Judging by the full parking lot, Guaca Mole is no secret to locals, but if you're a visitor staying in one of the nearby hotels this will beat the usual chain options in the area hands down.

The trio of salsa is a must, you will not be disappointed. The margaritas are just average. I absolutely LOVE the veggie enchiladas, they are some of the best in the city. Recommend going early, this place gets busy at dinner time on the weekends, plan to wait.

10Mar18. 2045hrs. I really didn't know what to expect. I knew it was Mexican, but not like this. My wife ordered the fish tacos. They came with shredded radishes on top. The fish was not warm. She liked the rice and beans. I had the beef nachos. The nachos were a little too soggy for me. We sat at a table with a sheet metal top. My glass kept sliding because the table wasn't level. The waitress was very helpful. Just to say, we experienced it is enough for us.

Food was okay. Pork was dry on my dish unfortunately, but the rest of our party enjoyed their meals. The place was coming off of lunch rush that they apparently weren't ready for. We had a very long wait to get a table when it was only a third full and most of the tables that were dirty when we arrived were still dirty when we left. Awkward service in general, probably by virtue of the staff being behind.

Went for the first time and the seafood enchilada was delicious. Service was great and the swirl margarita was wonderful. I will definitely go back.
