Staff not very helpful when I made a reservation. Server was snippy and in too much of a hurry, she was impatiently tapping her menus with her pen while I was ordering. I asked for bread twice and she snapped back that it was coming soon. Took forever to get drinks. The food came and was cold. The risotto I ordered was cold and dried up and too soft like it was a couple of days old. The deserts were nice but that’s about it. I’m not happy paying these prices for poor quality food and not being made to feel welcome.

Everything was great. Food and wine were fantastic. I was ..... Amusing music choice though. Most people don't associate nice Italian food with country music

Although a bit pricey, Portofino is a great restaurant for a special occasion or a really nice "date night." The food is good and the atmosphere very nice. You won't be disappointed.

Food was too greasy and presentation bad. Server wasn't even attentive and missed our order of appetizer, and when asked,m after waiting for a long time, simply said too bad. Not enough effort in service or food serves, to match the price on menu.
