Everything and everyone was fantastic! If you are not a pepper biscuit addict you have not tried them. The baked brie appetizer is the perfect starter. The wedge salad is ample to split and the fish presentation and taste will revile any 4 star restaurant. Excellent service and a charming setting. The perfect date night or special occasion or just spoil yourself night. Go!

Absolutely fantastic. Made a reservation for a party of 20 weeks in advanced without hesitation. Received a call before hand to confirm and remind. We were greeted with excitement like they had been waiting on us all day long just to show us what they could do. The service was personal, quick, and perfect. The servers didn't miss a beat. Out group was able to experience camaraderie without being interrupted with poor service. The food was out of this world. I tried new things and love old things. The mashed potatoes were the next I've ever had. The lobster bisque was exquisite. The Mac and cheese was incredible. I highly, highly recommend this place for small or large parties. I will be back here.

This restaurant is amazing. Amazing service, food, and if you can ask for a server, ask for Jared. He is BY FAR the very BEST server we have ever had. While the food and service was impecable, and worth every penny, he took it to the next level. Wonderful night for dinner at Coles.

Fine dining, cozy atmosphere. Great drinks. On a Friday night reservations are absolutely necessary. It's pretty unassuming place, but from the first bite to the last you will not be disappointed.

Can’t say enough good things. Cole’s had been in my top three “birthday dinner” (special occasion) Lex restaurants for years- and they have outlasted the other two! Great food every time, high level of service, classic Lex restaurant space with a history of good vibes- total package.
