Our first visit, Sunday, was wonderful. There was a large crowd, so there was a huge turnover of the food. That is the only explanation of can explore. The next 3 visits, middle of the week, was awful. They were not busy, only one other customer. Potatoes and green beans barely warm. Coldslaw not a serving size. The biscuits soft and cold. The chicken which is usually wonderful and very crisp was soft and slightly mushy. The chicken does have great taste. We went back on a Sunday...not very busy. .same result, very bad. We gave them 4 trys..not going back.

Really good chicken and biscuits but way overpriced..service could be more friendly....in my opinion this place will be out of business within 3 years.....too many options with equal quality food and better prices in Somerset. Good luck Bojangles!

Went to get dinner on my break from work. No one in the lobby and no one in drive through. Ordered the chicken bowl. Got my order and left to eat in my car . Well #1 they forgot to put silverware in my bag. So I guess I pick little pieces of chicken out of the bowl with my fingers. Can't eat rice and beans though. #2 my order was wrong. They gave me the bowl that has sausage in it. #3 my biscuit was like a rock. You would think with me being your ONLY customer you might put a little attention into your job. Disappointed!

The chicken isn't too spicy but it does have some kick at the end. Biscuits are awesome. So are sweet potato pies. The food isn't 100% as good as kfc in some departments, but the incredibly friendly and kind staff make up for it.
