The food truly is great, however waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes not so much. I guess I get it. It was around 645 on a Wednesday, so I understand that they would be busy, but one would think if that is normal for them, they would plan better. It's not the first time that I've had to wait for so long there. I had nothing else to do, so I waited. Still though, it's supposed to be fast food.

Not a fan of this location. Nothing against the staff but some of the staff do not seem to understand what you ask for every time you go. Can't say I've never been given what I asked for, but 7 out of 10 times is a bit much. But at least what I did get was tasty.

The order was wrong, my son ordered tenders & got 4 pcs. Then he ordered mac & cheese as his side & fries for a buck. They only brought fries so I had to spend more money to buy tenders & mac & cheese. My daughter & I had no problem. This isn't a complaint but whoever heard of putting pickles in cole slaw.

Typical fast food fried chicken for those times when you are craving something a bit spicy. Although I like their three-piece combo, their chicken pieces have got smaller over time. Their combos used to include two sides and are now down to one. I asked for a military discount, and while they are not currently offering it, the manager told me they are working on putting one in place.

The freshest fast food I've come across in Clarksville! They aren't perfect, but when brought to their attention they are happy to fix a mistake, which is all I can ask for. I love popeyes and this location especially. I find their employees sweet helpful and welcoming.
