We were warmly greeted by the host Andrew and quickly seated. Alex, our server was attentive and entertaining. He was quick to make fresh coffee for me because I was cold. He was training a new employee yet continued to give good service. He noticed I was enjoying the 80's music playing and to my delight, did a quick Michael Jackson dance move. There was a special flyer that we didn't have on our table, but after I saw it on another table I changed my order. Alex said it would delay my food since my original order had already been prepared but I was okay with it. The food from our initial order, that we didn't change, came promptly. My entree arrived after my DH had finished his entree but Alex did warn me. We will continue to dine there.

This Chili's can be hit or miss, but more on the plus side. It honestly depends on the staff each time you visit. Some are really great, others, not so much. If they could just keep good workers, would definitely give a higher rating. Curbside and pickup services are nearly always great, only the occasional hiccup.

Our waitress was AWESOME!! Rochelle always kept a smile on her face, wonderful personality and beautiful aura!! She's a wonderful asset to the company and what it encouraged us to stay because after we found out that they no longer sell the electric lemonade we were ready to go and my friend is VERY particular about what she eats. If it wasn't for our waitress we would've BEEN gone. But the service was awesome and the food great. But SHE was the main we actually stayed!! Thanks Rochelle!! 😗😗😗😗

Woah, it just took an hour and 40 minutes to get out of this place... ~20 min wait to get seated, half of the restaurant was not being used. Waiter took my empty cup and kept forgetting to replace it, same went with the "bottomless" chips. If I hadn't witnessed three other patrons complaining to a manager I would have asked for one. He told us our food was almost out at least five times. It took an hour after ordering to get our two hamburgers which had been overcooked. I have a feeling that quite a few meals were comped tonight or walked out on. We were told they were packed right before we got there, however we were there for almost two hours and the staff was having difficulty deciding who was to wait on specific tables and who should have been serving tables that bailed on the wait. I could go on, however, I will refrain. I feel the late great George Washington said it best "Dodge the Chili's in Alexandria, LA like the plague"- George Washington probably.

We were traveling on our way home we decided to stop at Chili's we ignor2es the reviews and thought we would give them a chance. Waitress was very friendly the hostess was rude took him a good 3 minutes before acknowledging that we walked in. Then our kids get there food no adults we recieved our food almost 10 minutes later then I did not have my fries. They said they were making them fresh took another 5 minutes before I got them..Husband talked to Manager and he did try and take care of us bur then I we were going to eat and had no silverware. We will not be going back to this place ever again.
