I am more than happy to support the Aquarium for the community. SALT is a pretty decent restaurant that resides within. The food is good, but I find that it is a bit steep in cost. I was hoping that restaurant goers would get a discout/reduced entry into the actual aquarium. Sadly, this is not the case. All things considered, it is definitely worth a try and a worthy cause. I'd recommend.

We had some friends treat us for lunch today - 2/18/2018 and it was very good. We had the drink specials for $5 each and they were nice, strong & flavorful. The Japanese nachos were LOADED with fresh tuna and plated very nicely. The nachos were $13 and well worth it but in my honest opinion, the plate comes with 5 of them and I think just putting one extra would be a perfect fit for the value/portion and it makes splitting them easier for tables of 6 and under. I got the shrimp flatbread for $12 and it was worth every cent! It was extremely flavorful, cheesy, and had plenty of shrimp. The bread could be just a "tad" thicker for my linking, but overall....very good. Finally, my wife got the grouper for about $25 with roasted potatoes and a squash/zucchini/mushroom medley. This dish was AWESOME! Every single thing about this dish from the portion to the flavor was excellent. We will definitely be back to enjoy the outdoor dining and try other menu options. The manager checked on us, our waitress kept our drinks flowing and the food was exquisite. I don't see how you can go wrong with any of that.

LOVED the food!! Chicken sandwich was sooo good. Hubby got the pulled pork sliders and loved them. We shared the Japanese nachos and they were excellent. Kids were happy with burgers and fruit (nice option). Very clean and pretty inside and the patio was gorgeous but it was raining so we stayed inside.

Our first time to SALT was excellent!! We went with another couple and they also enjoyed it. The happy hour specials food and appetizers were really good. I read previous reviews from when they first opened and were not great but after speaking to our server (Eric who was awesome), after some menu and management changes, looks like it worked out. I recommend those previous customers go back and try it again.

Chicken skewers wonderful! BBQ flatbread great! Wedge salad perfect with homemade ranch dressing. Love the view. Very nice staff for a weekday lunch. Expect children there touring the aquarium.
