I went to the restaraunt multiple times. During lunch when I was pretty much the only person there, it was great. Food & service. They were slammed one night ~9ish pm & it was a little less stellar service. We had to buss a table to get a seat & flag down a waiter for a menu but I'm not kidding when I say they were slammed. Standing room only until we bussed that table ourselves.

Easy to find in downtown. We walked in and Triston seated us and made sure my date and I were taken care of from appetizers to dessert. He had the drink selections memorized! His bartender was top notch and paired our meal with the appropriate cocktail. The price of our entree was moderate and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Well designed, conversation noise level, and very clean! We can’t thank Triston enough for making our 1st time here the beginning of more visits! Well done 104!

I actually live in Shreveport but never have had lunch at Market 104 until yesterday. It was a work lunch so we were there a few hours. I will be setting up future lunch meetings there. The tables are far apart and it was quiet enough to hear each other which is something that is important to me for business luncheons. I ordered the Garden Salad with chicken ($12.00) with balsamic on the side and it was delicious. It had ham, cheese, bacon and a chicken breast as protein with fresh ingredients. I wanted the same salad the next day! I'm happy to have found a new spot.

Breakfast was good, $15 buffet. Has the typical breakfast meals and the price includes a pot of coffee. $10 for a to-go plate of Greek yogurt and fruits plus coffee and oatmeal. Pricey but convenient and Good service. Dinner is a different story. I came there to order a to-go meal. It took 15 min for a waiter to get my order. And after waiting additional 20-25 min for my order, I asked the lady how much longer do I need to wait. She said you're in the middle of 12 orders because there are only 2 cooks, and we are serving the bar and restaurant. I'm not going to blame the cooks. I'm going to blame the management staff because it's a Saturday night, and they only staff two cooks for both bar and restaurant?!? I wasted nearly an hour there for nothing. It was around 6-7pm. Don't bother eating there on a Saturday night.

Breakfast here can get pretty busy, and the server's could work a little harder. This place pretty much falls apart without Shanada working. We spoke briefly on my first day there, and by the second day she remembered why I was in Shreveport, my drink of choice, and where I was from. Impressive. She works very hard and hustles around for her tables. I have worked in F&B on and off for 20 years and there are few people I have seen that can work in such chaos with such grace. She was the only reason i came down for Breakfast in the morning.
