First time trying Sid's and I love it. I got the white beans & rice with two sides, green beans and corn. This combo also comes with a meat. I got the catfish...two good size pieces that were cooked perfectly. Light and flaky, just the right amount of crispness, also with a thick piece of Texas toast. Everything was seasoned just right without needing to add anything. The portion size....wow, you won't be disappointed at all. They'll be see I g me a lot more....there are many more things on the menu to try.

Food was well seasoned. Enjoyed great tasting fried crawfish, alligator and fish. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Will stop in again when i am in town.

Too much money for sub par food. To further elaborate I got Philly steak and cheese which had to be sent back because of no cheese. We got a dozen wings which tasted like they had been fried in old grease. We got boiled shrimp which was actually very good. The bill was 76.00. I had to hold on to my chair to keep from falling out. And the onion sticks would have been better if cooked in new oil.
