We have been occasional customers of Bojangles for several years. As usual, the food was delicious. We were disappointed with the level of service from our waitress. She claimed that she was new there, and she was probably the worst waitress we have had in a long time. However, we were very impressed with the owners. They helped us with issues we had with our waitress. More importantly, we ran into problems using a gift card that was not the fault of the current owners, but instead went back to the previous owner. The current owner honored the gift card and definitely had the right approach to good customer service. The owners turned our frustration with the waitress and the gift card issue into feeling very positive about their customer service and desire to keep their customers coming back. Overall we would recommend a meal there.

My husband and I ordered our food over the phone, then went to pick it up 20 minutes later. We literally waited an hour before we got our food. Some people waited longer than us. First I was over looked when I walked in. The lady helped everyone that walked in behind me then she asked if I needed something. She took my payment then she never said if my food was ready or not. I had to stand there and watch what food they were preparing in order to know it was mine. Then I had to ask who it was for then get someone to come and get it for me.
