Have had two experiences at Chili’s recently. The first time our waitress never checked on us and offered drink refills. Then we had to flag down another server to ask for our ticket. The waitress came and told us that another table had been given our ticket so they had made adjustments to that tables ticket and we were actually coming out a few dollars cheaper. We had no way of knowing if that was correct. Tonight we waited nearly an hour and a half for our food. Very poor service. Food very good.

We placed a Togo order online. I arrived 10 minutes after I placed the order the girl told me it would be 10 more minutes which I was fine with but it ended up being 28 more minutes. The phone was ringing constantly and I guess the girl that was fixing my order was also answering the phone because she kept running to the back then to the front when the phone rang. I saw 2 customers come in and wait a little while then walked out. It was a Sunday afternoon they should be prepared to be busy. Our food was cold my husband said his dry rub ribs were a little salty. My grilled chicken was fine. We ordered chips and salsa and only got a half container of salsa. When finally getting my food they could not find any flatware to give us they offered real flatware but we didn't take it.

Every time I walk inside it takes too long to get seated. I do not get greeted when I walk inside. The employees ignore you when they see you. I do not feel welcomed at all. Needs better service.

Service is almost always extremely poor here. I'm not one to complain but let me just say, they're just lucky I like Chilis. We went a little late and a waitress caused a scene to say she wouldn't serve us. Another waiter took us and we tipped him $20 as gratitude. I just placed a to-go's order over the phone. Ms. Brittney's sly remarks felt as if they were meant to insult my intelligence and I did not appreciate that. I've had other instances at this establishment but trying to place this to-go order felt as if she had other important things to do and respecting me while I placed my order was NOT on her to-do list.

This was an unusual experience!!! We went in for dessert after a concert. There were 6 of us. The dessert menu consists of a skillet cookie, cheese cake & a chocolate volcano cake. Unfortunately, they were out of all but the volcano, so we ordered 6 of them. After a long wait, the waitress appeared with 4 volcanos, telling us that was all they had left. Disappointed, we shared the 4 desserts.
