They try, but every single time I've ordered in the past month it's either been wrong, bad, or lacking something I paid for. It takes an hour to deliver something so simple and even with the more than enough time given I still deal with rude drivers and missing food. Not to mention what I got today I had to throw out because the ingredients tasted old. Most staff is friendly, but they need to step their game up.

Five stars because the workers at night usually take care of me and I have never had a problem with Pita pit until the other day in the morning I understand sometimes you can get busy but no reason to hang up the phone in the middle of an order and not answer after calling 5 times then like today no answer either. If today don't have a delivery driver that's fine just let someone know and if cant bring the order to go just simply say it and hang up don't hang up during someone ordering very unprofessional

Food was awesome and your boy behind the counter with the diamond tattoo is rockin it. 1 man army (Update minus 2 stars) the night crew seems to have it figured out but the girls who work during the day are slow and make terrible pitas compared to the night shift. I'm talking like a max of one ounce per topping. I'm not asking to be "hooked up" or anything I'm just asking for a decent pita

This is my second time going to this place and it's pretty good I just wish the pitas were a little bigger.
