Were Local and hit this place up a lot. Service was real slow in the past and the food took forever to be cooked. But here lately over the past few months, the service has been so much better and the food looks incredible and arrives at your table in a timely fashion. They have picked up their game!

If I could give this place a -10, I would! We got there and had a 15 minute wait before we got seated. Our waiter (think his name was Tim) was nice and took our order fairly quick. We then sat there for almost an hour waiting for our food. Having 2 young hungry children with us made it difficult to letter them calm. I finally asked to speak to the manager on duty. The hostess went to the back of the office and then came back to inform me that the manager must have stepped out because she wasn't there. Needless to say, the 15 people who were waiting to be seated (there were plenty of clean, empty tables) heard my complaint and walked out. We left and went to the Dairy Queen across the street and had better food and quick service.

Got a little scared that there were only two cars in the parking lot at 4:30pm. I ordered through an app for pickup and it was ready when I got there. I didn’t have to ask for utensils or condiments as they had them in a separate bag for me. Food was great and the omelette was bigger than expected. I couldn’t finish it in one sitting. I’ll be back.

A group of 4. We all ordered at the same time. I literally waited 30 to 40 minutes after they already got their food before I even received mine. Will not be coming here again if I can help it. And their reason was because people were getting off. That's not my fault so why should I have to suffer?

Always slow service as usual at every IHop I've ever been to. Unlimited ice coffee is awesome. Food is always large plates & tastes really good.
