Chili's Grill in Houma happens to be our favorite restaurant in town! The service and attentiveness to the guests is exceptional! You don't have to wait long for the meal and the food is always the right temperature. Chili's is also known to be a family type restaurant. They have a bargain of a kid's menu and the table kiosk has many interactive games to keep children appropriately engaged. We can also pay the bill right at the table with the kiosk. If you sign up to become a Chili's Rewards member, which is easy to do and totally free, then you are eligible to receive either a complimentary Tostada Chips & Salsa or a non-alcoholic beverage on EVERY VISIT as long as you are a Rewards member! So don't just take my word for it! Go check it out for yourself! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Had a truly bad experience here with family from out of town. I won't go back for some time. Update: 3-30-18 My last visit was five months ago, I had a similar bad experience to last time and will not be returning. Staff was not attentive to us including the manager in staff. This was the first place we went after I was released from the hospital after days of not eating anything mixed with days of eating hospital food. I would recommend going to the hospital for better overall experience. Had to remind the waitress what we ordered as she brought things out, and wait for them to fix it.

This used to be a favorite place for us, but not any more. Floors always have a greasy feel as you walk to the restroom (in either leather or rubber sole shoes). Our last two servers appeared to us they did not want to be there, not friendly at all. Order was over 45 minutes from the time our server submitted the order to the kitchen to receiving at our table. Our order was not only under cooked, but wrong as well. The manager did take it off the bill, bit we will never go back again.

The food was superb. I had fajitas. They were done perfectly. Our waitress and the service was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The restaurant was clean. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Went to Houma Chili's because the one we frequent in Thibodaux is great. We went in for lunch and made our order. Our waitress didnt seem to really want to be there. My Chili (From a place called Chili's no less) could have been called a smashed burger with slight chili flavoring. My friends chicken buffalo sandwich was too crispy and when she chipped the batter away was left with a sad excuse for a sandwich. I only asked to have them take the Chili away and they came back telling me since it was a bundle they couldnt remove it from the bill. I never saw the manager and being a manager myself I EXPECT management to always step out to attend a customer. I didnt want a discount, I wanted the nasty Chili off my table because it was nothing like other Chilis make. I ended up taking a soup home but why would I want a soup when food was ready to hit the table? I will be passing this one up on our next visits to Houma. Like other people have said, its dreary and most of the staff dont smile and dont seem to want to be there.
