This Popeyes is probably the best Popeyes that I have ever visited. The chicken is always hot and fresh and never dry-- unlike the chicken that you sometimes get at other Popeyes that is dry from sitting out under the heat lamps. The seasonings are on point and well distributed throughout the chicken. Their onion rings are delicious and the batter is always on the onion rings as opposed to falling off. Their staff is kind and courteous and never has an attitude. I frequent this Popeyes every time I get a craving for fried chicken.

Hey, it's Popeyes, what are you gonna say. I went a couple of weeks ago. The manager was super friendly as I had to wait on my chicken. Good price, good people.

Popeyes used to be the greatest chicken place on Earth. Even better than Bojangles on the East Coast. However since Al Copeland passed away and the recipe was sold it is just missing something. I'm told he kept his secret recipe along with his recipe for dirty rice and the tartar sauce. Yes it's still better than the average place around but there is just something lacking maybe the love isn't there anymore. The prices on the worst thing. They are giving more cornmeal or flour on the shrimp and shrimp. They mix chicken with the shrimp on the Po-Boys to save money and make it go further. They usually never give you condiments unless you ask for them. The tiny pieces of chicken are ridiculous! The prices have gotten really outrageous for what you get. I rarely eat there for this reason alone.

Pretty decent location. The food always tastes as you'd expect and I don't think we've ever had an order prepared incorrectly.
