We went 4/14/18 the food was awesome. The waitresses we nice and accommodating. We drive trucks and always find the iron skillet to be the best, good food good people, good hot and fresh coffee 24hrs. Buffet is always worth the wait to get there. I give them 10 stars up. Some people are just not used to good fresh food. But there is always gonna be complainers when people are not happy with life. Keep up the good work.

This USED to be my one of my favorite stops. Friendly associates, good food,...no more. The water pressure at the sink and shower was poor at 1415, shower 6. NOBODY greeted me in the restaurant or elsewhere for that matter. Had to ask the waitress to get someone to put more food on the buffett because it was out of more than 4 items. Not good business.

Ordered the BBQ buffet. Food is worse then you can image! $20 with tip.... staff was very friendly. The one star is for the fact the Air Conditioning was nice and cool!!!

Food was alright, not great. Salad bar was messy. Coffee was good.

I guess I came in on the wrong day because the food was awful at the Iron Skillet and had to throw it away, just tasted bad from the water to the salad. My first time eating here and the last time eating here. First impressions makes a big difference to me. The cook (or whatever he was) looked like he stepped out the swamp if they have a swamp in Shreveport. I said to myself " no wonder the food tasted so bad!" I'm hungry and have to go to my truck and find something to eat. Sad, I couldn't enjoy my meal but had to go hungry because of the "swamp thing". Talked to some other truck drivers (like my self) and they said the food had improved? I was like "what" omg! They all agreed as well that these people need some serious improvement in this here Iron Skillet. Ugh!! 😲
