I have been there over 15 times and only twice my order has been right there is no lines ever when I go there and the food is up quick but that's because nobody wants to go there because the people are very very rude and the honestly make the burgers however they feel like making them. these people have no work ethics and cannot take direction, they will not even listen while your ordering. this burger king needs to be evaluated differently and someone needs to care enough to change things or shut it down. there are honest hard-working people who could use the jobs rather than having people there that's just there for a paycheck and have attitudes

I miss the family inviting enviorment from the attractive playground set they had when I was a child. It seems unfair for the generation of the now because this is the original Burger King in the fourth district of Louisiana, Monroe. I is imperative that we keep the #Love flowing through Monroe an this place is the founder of that. I remember that the Burger King motto is to care. Do you really care about the community just because you serve good food?

Food is fair. People are so uninterested in their customers. They look & act like it's a real bother to take your order & hand the food to you. Are they sleepy, bored or sick? If not these things, then they are just plain lazy. Step it up, Burger King! Send in an undercover boss & see for yourself.

Waited at the register for 10 minutes to get a thing of BBQ sauce and sweet and sour sauce. The Manager looked completely strung out as her movements were very slow and she has glassy eyes. Will not be returning
