A wonderful experience. I asked our waitress, Jennifer, to surprise me with any dish. She brought out a fantastic plate of casadillas that I enjoyed. Then I decided to get the molten chocolate cake thing for desert. Moist and delicious. Then Jessie, the restaurant manager, stopped by our table, and I had a chance to complement the food and service and have a pleasant conversation in general. Overall, very positive experience. Would recommend; will be returning.

The staff is always friendly and speedy with orders. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always great. I usually love the drinks but recently I had a long island iced tea (ordered off of the menu) and it tasted like a Sprite with some alcohol in it. Other than the drink tasting nothing like it should, I love this place!

Jesse makes this Chili’s location a great experience! He has served us many times in the past before managing. Our favorite server by far. He’s always so kind and upbeat. We love speaking to him every time we visit and he always makes sure we are taken care of.

I'd actually give them negative stars if possible! The food, as all Chili's are, is mediocre but at times even worse than most. BUT the service is worse than Waffle House (or input your own awful service restaurant)!! Took 15 minutes during a non busy time to get apps and another 30 for food. Asked for a glass of water when I got my apps and never even got it! Yep, I ate my food with nothing to drink. Sadly, idk my waitresses name (she never told us, as well as never smiled or any inkling of friendliness) I will encourage others to NEVER go back to this location! And, no, this wasn't my 1st terrible experience, I gave them a few chances.

Extremely slow service. I ate here last night, 3/11/18. There was not many customers and plenty of empty tables; however, our waiter never even bothered to see us. The hostess noticed that we still did not have drinks after 30 minutes of waiting. I explained to her that we had a movie to catch in over an hour. She understood and tried to relay the message to our waiter. After quite some time, the hostess asked us for our order. She did a very good job stepping in, while our waiter was flirting at another section. Our orders came out wrong; however, it was not the hostess to blame. I am very upset with the service at this location. Here is the best part: before even going there to dine, I called first. I called to ask if there was a wait time and explained that we are also trying to catch a movie at 10. I was informed that there would be more than enough time for us to enjoy our dinner and still make the movie. I was not pleased to discover that even though there was not many patrons, the service revealed itself to be extremely slow.
