I waited in line at the drive through for 45 min. Ordered 40 dollars worth of food. They placed all 24 of my items except the boxes in one bag smashing my soft tacos and cheese roll ups. This was the final straw for my family. We will NEVER return to this location. Too many employees who don't know what customer service is. Not just regular employees either, managers. I asked for extra sauce once and the guy told me WE HAVE TO FOLLOW A PROMPT, YOU CAN HAVE 8. I have a family of 6. With above listed issue with the 22 items, the guy at the window did not make eye contact, did not greet me, did not smile. I will drive 20 min in the opposite direction for my Taco Bell from now one.

It's a Taco Bell... I means what to say. My fast food reviews are always largely based on service, since the food has little variation. So far this location probably has the best service of any location in the Hammond area. Never had a problems here.

The limited time nacho fries are the best! But the attention from the employees doesn't seem to be on the guest. Constantly repeating the order and the service was slow, 15 minutes to get 3 box combos post ordering in the drive-by. That doesn't include the time it took to place the order. But at least the food is hot and the drinks are cold! I hope they make the nacho cheese fries a permanent menu item.
