Fine dining at it's best! 2 John's is one of if not the finest restaurants in the Shreveport/Bossier area. It is truly an upscale atmosphere. Complete with a piano bar. One thing I notice here is that the staff always step aside for you, the customer. I think that is awesome. I always try to give the server the right of way when they are carrying a large tray of food. At most restaurants the help will try to run you down or act like you are in their way. Not 2 John's, they always insist you go first. Yes it is on the high end price wise but well worth it.

Great service from the bar staff. Calamari appetizer was less then enjoyable. Great sauce though. Rating low for quality of food on this visit

2johns Steak House never lets me down. The atmosphere is always entertaining. The lights are dim, the smiles are always pleasant , Laughter is in the air and the Food is nothing short of absolutely amazing! #HappyHour is Lots of Fun with great drink prices.

My favorite is the wedge salad with blue cheese. I’ve never had anything here that wasn’t delicious, though. Their fish is never over-cooked, and their steaks are excellent. The free martini at the bar gets me in the door, but the cuisine makes it difficult to leave.

Better than the average fare for the area, so some adjustment on the rating stars. What is 4 stars here probably does not approach 4 stars in an area like Dallas. Shrimp cocktail, bisque, salad and steak were all very good as were the au gratin potatoe dish and asparagus. Service was adequate though not sterling. One thing that turned me off was a $600 price on a bottle of Louis Jardot that can be had in any decent wine shop for $22-$30. I understand restaurant mark up but that's a stretch.
