I actually live in Westwego, absolutely love Taco Bell and hate this specific Taco Bell because it is a comstant let down. Aside from the multiple times I got a taco salad and the shell tasted like really really old grease.. and everytime I order a bean burrito its so flat you can't even tell is something is even in there. This last is the last straw. I ordered a pinto and cheese.. I got a diced potato with sour cream and cheese on it instead. When I told the young lady about it, she told me ok.. but that is a pinto and cheese. I said no.. this is a potato and cheese, a pinto is a Mexican bean. And she flat walked off no sorry, no nothing... when I get it back.. the bowl is all dented up and there is literally one spoon of bean in the container.. if you have to go to Taco Bell. I recommend any one of them except this one. All of those are a hundred times better than this one. I am surprised it isn't shut down or everyone that works there actually has a job.

My hard tacos was soggy and stuck to the paper and my soft tacos were hard and looked old and my burritos were cold. The WORST FOOD!

I came here with my mom (she ordered food, I didnt.) IT TOOK FOREVER just to order, then even longer to get the food. They were either on their phone or in the middle of gossiping. Then heaven forbid youd have to wait another million years just to get someone to get you tea.

I witnessed a child birth at this Taco Bell but besides that my lettuce were very fresh and I was very satisfied 😉😉
