Food is good but delivery is terrible. I order from them on a regular basis and it's usually not bad in terms of delivery (have only gotten the wrong order once). I've only had to call to find out where the order is a couple of times. Today I had to call twice and the order still isn't here...ordered at 2:50 pm on line...notified the order would arrive around 3:36 pm. 4 o'clock it wasn't here so I called. Machine was down and didn't get the order (don't offer on line ordering if you can't make sure the equipment is working correctly). Told it'd be made up and delivered immediately. 5 o'clock I had to call again. Delivery is backed up....what happened to delivering immediately due to the issue with their system? Order arrived shortly thereafter. More drivers needed? Better communication? I don't know but this gets old after a while. BTW pizza is good despite the fact it isn't hot anymore.

Placed delivery order at 7:21 pm. It's now 8:30pm. Still haven't received my food. Called at 8:10pm they said it was with the driver. They are located 4 mins away from me. I could have walked there, ordered and walked back 5 times over by now. Never ordering from them again! Edit: Food finally showed up at 8:40 pm. Absolutely ridiculous! Don't order delivery unless you have a couple hours to kill.

I placed an order at 11:13 and they don't close until midnight. The pizza was never delivered but they charged my credit card. I called the next day and they said they didn't recognize the number and that there was no call history. I said they charged my card and they told me they would refund me and call in three days if its not refunded. No apologies or offer for a free meal, Nothing. Honestly the worst customer service ever. Never will eat here again.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had! The person who took my order didn’t ask for the right information I called back over an hour later because I still didn’t receive my food and the people there told me “you’ll get it when I get it”. After the hour and 20 minutes later the driver calls me with a huge attitude calling me a nickname that I never even gave him, asking me “did I order from them or not and what’s my address” when I told him my address he goes “well that’s why” and hangs up on me. When I called the store to talk to a manager the manager says “well this is how we always deal our customers”. After I asked her to speak to her supervisor she told me call back on Thursday. Never fix the issue never assured me made me feel even less. I will never order from them again and this was my first time ordering from them terrible service.

Overall, the service and quality of food at Lewiston House of Pizza has fluctuated the past several years. Most recently, it's average (at best) to mediocre. The side salads are 99% lettuce with one cucumber slice, quartered, and a lazily cut chunk of tomato. None of their other normal sized salads are great, either. The only saving graces at Lewiston House of Pizza are the pizza and sandwiches. But, other places make the same and they make it better. Considering the popularity, people must be unaware of the existence of better establishments, or perhaps people have low standards for quality. I'd only recommend Lewiston House of Pizza as a last resort. The food isn't worth the excessive wait, or the likely possibility that your order is wrong.
