Blaze's beer selection is superb, and to judge from the two I chose, they are kept very well. Music was aimed at a young audience and a little loud but, to this oldster, quite enjoyable. Heard a couple of tunes I liked! The Caesar salad was excellent, albeit a little pricey ($12.50 for iceberg lettuce, croutons, and a couple of slices of anchovy....though all tastily seasoned). BUT: check your bill carefully! I was charged $154 for a bill that was actually just $31. The difference was so ridiculous that I am willing to accept the explanation that the wrong bill was swiped. Nevertheless, I was charged $13 for a salad that I remember from the menu as being $12, but which was adjusted to $12.50 (as on the website menu) when I protested. All in all, a bit of a shame. Apart from the billing issues, I enjoyed my beers and salad very much. This spoiled what otherwise would have been a very pleasant - if rather pricey - dinner.

I've been for brunch two weekends in a row. First weekend they were out of what I ordered and took forever to let me know. Second weekend my food got brought to another table...and it took them forever to let me know. The food that I have been able to eat took very long to come to the table. Good mimosas...

Nice servers but horrible management. The food is also very inconsistent and mediocre for the price. We came during a snow storm after hearing about a half off drinks deal during the storm. After asking explicitly about the deal and receiving confirmation we were only given the standard happy hour discount. We were then told by a manager after complaining that we needed to specifically *ask* to receive the deal and that we only inquired about it. (?!) It then took multiple calls back and forth to get our money back. "This is Blaze, you know, we're too busy for this." Is what the woman on the phone told me.

Brittany was full of cheerful enthusiasm and knowledgeable of the unique menus. Brunch was excellent and the fresh ground coffee was a quality addition. The offer to take a coffee to go made our day. Very impressive

The food there was amazingly good. I went there for my birthday. I had leek and bacon soup. I drank I guess it was a mango infused mead. Only thing I can complain about is that its pricy. But overall an awesome experience.
