Fine Dining at its best! Outstanding service and quality! If you want something a little less pricey then their sister restaurant, Deep Water Brew Pub, is right next door and that is excellent as well.

Cozy and charming restaurant with top flight food and service. Drove 45 miles to dine here and walked away impressed.

Quite simply the best meal I've ever had for the price. This place is exquisitely charming, superbly staffed, and serving up the best versions of every single dish I've ever tasted. Kudos to the brothers running the kitchen and I will be back

After reading reviews I walked out of here not only disappointed but actually quite pissed that I had spent so much money for so little. My partner and I split the avocado vinegrettte salad - the 1/2 avo was very underripe and lacked flavor, the 'salad' was just a few waffy thin pieces of baby lettuce, hardly even enough to really share. Have had better, more and higher Quality lettuce for half this price. For enteees I had the ribeye and partner had the short rib bourguignone. The ribeye was just not a good cut - grisly and very chewy (don't lecture me about how it was ordered , I've cooked hundreds of these) . The ribeye came with a dab of potatoe gratin (the best part of the meal really) and two little thin stalks of asparagus. A total joke of a entree for $34. The short rib was overcooked really and had little structure and little flavor- there was no noticeable 'burgundy' essence - no mushrooms and no acccompanyjng vegetable - just two little pearl onions and maybe three bites of potatoes. Then the dessert we had the chocolate flourless cake which was dry and crumbly. $110 for two (one drink apiece) plus tip -and zero happiness, felt like it was a total waste.

The Hikade family have owned and run this restaurant for a number of years, and I have NEVER had a bad meal here, even in the summer in the pub. From amazing wines, to incredible desserts, from gorgeous salads, to mouthwatering entrees, you can't go wrong here. Is it more expensive? Sure, you pay for this level of service and quality. But it's worth it for the special occasions.
