Old world charm mixed with new world flavors. This restaurant is truly delicious and the bar is tasty too! Be prepared to spend a few clam shells here but the food really is awesome. They have lunch, brunch and dinner too. The upstairs bar is great for date night with the wife, girlfriend or both if you desire. If lucky, you can check out the wine cellar!🤫

HB sets the standard for quality, chef driven food. Rusty, the owner and Alex, the front desk guru, have a wonderful place to stop by and enjoy top rated food and service. Don't forget their Mon-Fri Happy Hour upstairs! Best deal in town.

I took some friends from out of town to Harry Brown's for dinner during the Annapolis restaurant week. I have been to Harry Brown's on occasions and it has been nice. Until Last night I had made a 7:30 reservation and showed up early at 7:00 for cocktails prior to dinner. When we got there the downstairs was closed and we went to the bar and informed the bartenders that we were there for our reservation and ordered drinks took a seat in the bar and waited for our table till 7:45 when this older gentleman came up the stairs with a group of four and immediately cleared a table and began to seat them. So, I brought it to his attention that we were waiting on a table we reserved at 7:30 its now 7:45 . He blew my off and continued catering to the group of four. He then seated them prior to seating us which he did not do he walked right past rudely. We were seated by our waiter who was great. we enjoyed our meal and had good service from the rest of the staff (bartenders and waiters) but whomever the older gentlemen was (manager\Host) ruined our night out. I will not eat at Harry Browns again unless that person is replaced. I will also continue to use whatever means I can to inform everyone of the rude behavior I experienced from the actions of that older gentleman.

Food is overpriced, under-proportioned and rather boring. Of course sitting in an historic building with a view of the State House comes with a price. But I’ve lived here for years and come on occasion; the last time was the last time. I brought 3 other people for a birthday mid-day meal. We (I) spent a lot, got mediocre food and the wrong desert which was changed but charged too. At 5pm we were rushed out so they could “seat the dinner crowd”. We left with absolutely no one waiting or even seated. This treatment was rude and unjust especially because they knew that we were celebrating my guest’s birthday. I’ll not return.

Loved it. I had a crab cake ceasar salad and it was fabulous. The service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely return.
