We came to the Bel Air chili’s both Monday and Tuesday with large parties. Monday with 7 people and Tuesday with 20. Both times we were sat right away after tables were pulled together for us. Both nights the servers were excellent the food was amazing and they sang happy birthday so loudly and gave us the biggest smiles. I also noticed a new manager on the floor and I’m beating myself up and going to call to get her name tomorrow as she had introduced herself both nights. I watched her personally help the staff get our tables together, sing happy birthday with them, and come to our table both nights refilling drinks and making our experience memorable all while running around busy! I am blown away by this place and will be back!

We found every kind of food on Chili's menu. They have awesome flavored ice tea, both sweet and unsweet. The appetizers are large enough that our teenagers can actually order from that. The entrée's range from surf and turf to soups, salads and sandwiches. The hamburgers actually taste better at Chili's than Red Robin. We always leave happy and usually with to-go containers. Great!

Great food, southwestern flair, their chips are so crispy!! Southwest egg rolls are my favorite! Great drink specials and happy hour even for late night! Kendra was very sweet, bubbly personality, great service!

It was chaotic when I visited bu the wait was not too terrible. We were seated in the bar area at a table and the high top table behind us was so close that I had to lean forward the entire dinner so I did not have a knee in my back. The food was delicious and the waitress was great though.

I went to the chili's in Bel air Saturday night at 8:15 pm. I asked for a table for 3 in the bar and was told to seat myself. Had to get my own menus. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to bring drinks. Ordered chips and salsa, when they were brought out it was all crumbs. So I had to ask for fresh chips and salsa. It was an hour before our food was brought out, and it was not busy at all. I could never find a waitress when I wanted a refill. I ordered steak with broccoli and asparagus. The steak was good but very small and the broccoli had black spots on the stems! It had started to turn! When I told the waitress, she didn't apologize. I can't believe that 2 people let that be served, the cook and the waitress. I have been going to that chili's for 22 years but I wont be back anytime soon. The service was awful, the food was disgusting and they have changed the menu so the things I used to order are no longer available.
