I don’t know if it’s just me but Boston Market can do no wrong in my eyes as long as they are able to hand me my food as soon as I pay. I never liked spinach or almost everything they have here but for some magical reason Boston Market is able to turn anything nasty and make it absolutely delicious.

I went over four years without Boston Market after I attended an event in the fall of 2012 that was catered by them, and the food was delicious that time. So I finally had to go again and I went August 1, 2017 probably at 2:30PM. It was obviously outside of peak hours as I was the only customer in the store at the time but there was a number of employees. I chose a quarter white chicken since I didn't need any more than that, got the standard cornbread, some steamed mixed vegetables and some of their famous cinnamon apples. I remember having a taste of the cinnamon apples quite a few years ago, and this time they tasted just like I remembered. They also have Coca-Cola Freestyle these days so I grabbed a beverage from that machine. I brought my plate home with me. Come to Boston Market for great chicken and sides in Bel Air, or wherever you are. Try their catering sometime too.

The lady at the front counter was very rude and impatient. My meal came to $50 and then I suggested trying the family meal for $34 and she really got mad. I feel she should have recommended the savings meal. When we got our meal it was "to go" but we tokd her we were going to eat in. Then we got no silverware while we observed her giving 3 other families silverware. They have also added new seats and lights that are so bright that we got headaches. This store use to be good but they changed a few people and now it's the pits. If it was the only place open to eat I would go to 7-11. Horrible and on Thanksgiving at that. Did I mention thAt the pie was frozen and the lady told me to go home and eat it later. The pits.

Food was cold. Service was not good at all. One of our dinners was throw in a plastic bag and the top came off spilling the vegetable into the bag. Would not recommend this restaurant.
