We had a group of 4 for a 6:30 reservation for a birthday dinner. We were seated immediately but noticed we were waiting a little long for our server. Then another waiter said, our server should be over shortly. A little while later he appeared. Took our drink order and our appetizer orders. Our appetizers came out amazingly before we got our drinks, or water, or silverware, or bread, or bread plates.... we had to keep asking for things and there was always a wait for our waiter. I think his tables were on the other side because we never saw him. Someone else seemed to bring our drinks or food...never our waiter. Then our meals came out and the table had never been bussed of the empty glasses and plates. What a mess for a birthday dinner. The food was okay. The bang bang shrimp were not up to par. Seemed like they were making them ahead because the batter was falling off and there was a lot of extra batter on the plate...not shrimp. They did come out with a birthday dessert but overall for the cost it was very disappointing and I will think twice before I go back for any meal, much less for a special occasion. Also, we came home and decided to call to speak to a manager to discuss the situation....they were too busy to take our call. They sure were quick about taking our money though!!!!

We are frequent diners here. Service and food has always been top notch. Had brunch with my daughter Easter Sunday. Delicious!!! Alissa was our server she was top notch. Ben has been our server many times and is awesome. Don't hesitate to grab a great martini or a bite to eat. You won't be disappointed!

This is a favorite place for us to dine. The food is great the prices are right in the wait staff are excellent. We have always received kind friendly and prompt service there and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend you trying this location if you have not been there before.

My husband and I went to the restaurant yesterday (5/13) to celebrate Mother's Day. Even though there are 2 Bonefish Grills close from where I live, we picked the Bel Air location and to see the town as well.. The tables were situated too close...it's hard to converse private thing.. The main thing came this way...after dinner we ordered two coffees... I couldn't believe it...the cups..was not mug..plastic, one time use..outside the cup...oh my...the cup was a mess (someone poured coffee into the plastic cup spilled) and the coffee ground..did they brew it? the waitress said they brewed..the coffee was 3 dollars each...I've never ever seen this coffee cup at any restaurants...I couldn't believe it..Can't it be an excuse because we had so many customers today?...I don't think so.. If I were the manager of the restaurant or at least a waitress...I wouldn't charge for the coffee...I could bring this to the manager...but it was Mother's Day and I didn't want to ruin the day...I never wrote a review anywhere, but I couldn't just ignore it..even though people will go no matter what I said.

Awful service. We sat down at a booth and the waiter brought us drinks pretty quickly. Then he disappeared for a half hour. We couldn’t get any staff to help us. We told a hostess who seemed uninterested but did go to track down the waiter. We could see him. The hostess told him and he stood there and continued his conversation with another staff member who was off work (in a dirty white t shirt). Then he sauntered over. We told him that we were really hungry and had been waiting for a half hour. He (again) seemed uninterested and said “well what would you like?”... not in a ‘moving on, how may I help you?’ Kind of way but in a very dismissive way. I don’t mind when things happen... but not caring and being inconsiderate and dismissive is inexcusable in the food industry. To be fair, the manager did try to apologize on our way out. But, I feel really disappointed... not because of a mistake... but because of the complete flippant attitude.
