One of the best fast food restaurants in town. Clean, orderly, consistent, fresh, outdoor seats, healthier food options compared to the other fast food stops in the town. Only one problem - the parking lot "ins & outs" tend to confuse people and it's not always clear who has the right-of-way or whether there are two in/out or one each - that wrap around the building? Odd with another restaurant attached. But...small town.

We have been regular customers at this Subway location for years, often eating on a weekly basis. Our family runs a business in Chestertown and we've always had a decently good experience at this location. However, last week after ordering several subs, drinks, cookies, we asked for a cup of tap water. WE WERE DENIED. This restaurant on some bogus claim of they don't know what people are putting in their water cups, is no longer allowing patrons a simple cup of tap water. Common courtesy... I don't know of any place in Chestertown that practices this. I see it as an excuse to make more money selling bottled beverages. You lost a good customer Subway... we will be getting our subs from Luisas, Procs, & Royal Farms in the future.

This review is way overdue.. but a story that must be shared... The date was October 13th - it was a Saturday and the time was about 11:00 am. I walked into the Subway.. maned with only one guy.. and I gave him my order. I need 30 subs. He looked at me like I was a little crazy. Bottom line.. he got the job done. It took about about 40 minutes... and I am pretty sure he wasn't happy with me... but he did it - and everyone at the wedding party was very, very happy. I can't recall his name - but I am sure he is the only guy with red hair working there. He deserves a raise!!!!
