Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. I've had dinner there a number of times. Fish is done particularly well with good sides. I tried the lamb shank and was disappointed - lacked taste and the "root vegetables" seemed to consist of under cooked carrots and turnips (?) The most annoying aspect is the music. It is really horrible - 30s prohibition-era big-band. Also, the pens used to sign the receipt advertise "Roto rooter" - uh.... not a great way to end a dinner.

Surprisingly good bar food. Friendly efficient service. Music a little grating but the rest was good.
