This restaurant is fabulous. Not only are the food and cocktails to die for, but the staff is excellent, makings for a very pleasant dinning experience. My husband and I frequently come here and it is our go to restaurant to bring family when they are in town visiting. We usually do the tasting menu and are never disappointed. Recently I transitioned into a vegan diet and thought my tasting menu days were over, but I was wrong. The chef made me a vegan tasting menu and it was fantastic. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend giving Volt a try, you won't be disappointed.

We visited vote Friday last week, and I'm just getting around to leave in a review. I enjoyed the ambience of the place, and we went with the Chefs menu. I will say this, by the end of the night I was full. I wasn't really impressed with the prime rib and the Fowl course, I'm forgetting what kind of fowl it was. But the fowl actually tasted like liver and the prime rib was too underdone for my taste. Other than that I'd give it 4 stars but I don't think I will be coming back.

Loved it. Went for the tasting menu at the chef's counter. The serving staff is very attentive and it's fun to watch the staff prepare the next round tastings. Skip the wine pairing and opt for some unique concoctions on their drink menu. The orange dream frozen treat is AMAZING! I wanted two! The menu is pretty filling but not so much that one should skips meals. The pace between each plate is slow which allows for digestion. I'd do it again... For a special occasion.

We went this evening for our birthdays. The service is always great. This time around, the best thing about the experience was the wine and the complimentary caramels. They try so hard to push the envelope but it can really be hit or miss. I ordered a short rib off the tasting menu and got a plate full of fat which was beyond disappointing. I said something later in the meal and was told that I should have said something sooner. I'm paying for it now, as I'm not feeling all that well. The desserts are always along the same lines, trying to push the envelope but can fall short--they are always visually striking however. But I want food that tastes good not only looks good. For $200 after tax and tip, it wasn't worth it. Don't think we'll be back.

Add this to your bucket list of must do places!!!!! Hands down the best meal I have ever had. But it's not just about the food. The staff is a well oiled machine that seamless keep things moving like a well timed clock. Perfect placement of utensils and platings. Back to the food, it was like glorious art to eat. The colors, and designs were Beautiful to look at. And then the taste... my mouth was on a rollercoaster adventure of flavors. Going from southwest to sweet, tart, savory dishes. It was unique brilliant combinations for foods that worked so well together. I left so full and a huge smile in my face, I cannot wait to return to Volt to see what he has next.
