Would give them 0 stars if I could. Been waiting for hours on an order that I already paid for... No delivery, no followup. They simply cancelled my order. Got people starving here, and now there are no other restaurants open in our area. I do not recommend this place. Find somewhere else that respects their customers.

If I could give them a 0 I would they are very rude and they messed my order in they still called me a liar. They don’t know how to treat people they take forever and they miss their orders this is not the first time. I ordered their fried rice with no chicken because I’m a vegetarian and I do not eat any meat. We ordered as a group at my job, When I called to make the order I told him three times not to add chicken to my fried rice and when I went to pick it up I asked for extra sauce they asked what did I buy just to see if I could get extra I mean how much money do you spend making the sauce to be that stingy about it makes no sense. I my job only get 45 minutes to eat when we looked at the order they have added chicken to my fried rice I didn’t eat the date lunch I didn’t have time to go back and exchange it it was very unreasonable I will never go back to this place ever again and I don’t recommend it to anybody especially if you’re vegetarian be careful when I called the cashier was very rude as she kept admitting that they did not put any chicken when I had the chicken in front of my face makes no sense.

DO NOT GO TO EL CARBONAZO. I arrived with a friend to order to go foods and a couple of drinks to have at the restaurant. We got the menus and sat down, while we were going through the options, the waitress came to us to say that if we were ordering to go we should approach the counter and order from there (standing up of course). In other words, they kicked us out of the table because we were ordering to go. 1-the restaurant was practically empty there was no need to ask us to leave the table. 2-we were going to order food for 4 people, plus drinks. the restaurant would make good money I heard the waitress talking to the hostess and the hostess said in Spanish "THEY ARE JUST SITTING IN THERE WITHOUT ORDERING NOTHING". I felt extremely offended and I left the place. Terrible customer service. DO NOT ASSUME YOUR CLIENT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND SPANISH, SPECIALLY OF YOUR TALKING BAD ABOUT THEM.
