Unique restaurant experience in a historic building. Food is excellent, side salad could be better. Crab cake one of the best... a little pricey, but excellent. Service is very good. Only two, one seat restrooms could be frustrating if crowded. Very small dining room and bar area designed for live music.

This place is great. It's completely hidden with Charles Co and off the beaten path. The building is truly beautiful and charming with old wood beams and stone. The menu isn't huge but everything is delicious. It's not a cheap meal though it's worth it. If you want a bargain meal (and experience) go to a chain! Blue Dog is great for a couples date night.

Took the family there for the first time after having friends rave about the place. We were welcomed and made to feel right at home by the staff. The food was excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful. This restaurant has to be one of La Plata and SoMD' s best dining establishments.
