The person at the counter skipped us then when she finally took our order she was snappy and rude. I waited 20 minutes to get my food, and by the time it came out my fries were cold. I started to eat my burger and it was light grey?! I understand that it is fast food but if the woman who took my order would have calmed down and stopped barking orders at everyone then maybe my burger wouldn’t have been messed up and my fries wouldn’t have been cold...

Despite the commendable cleanliness and friendly staff, this is without a doubt one of the worst, if not THE worst McDonald's to visit. The sole reason, it's "fast food". The orders may be fast, but they have been highly inaccurate, which results in a second trip through the drive-thru, or going inside, which no longer makes this "fast food". No exaggeration, I've gotten incorrect orders more often than I have gotten one fulfilled correctly. If it's not a complete screw up, it's that they forgotten something. Just a few days ago I orders a #4. All i got was a crispy chicken patty and 2 buns. No lettuce, tomato, mayo or anything. Sweet tea occasionally tastes like bleach or soap. Management needs to do some quality control.

This McDonald's messes up your order. They are so bad at messing up people's order that they are notorious for it in Littlestown. This has been going on for over a decade. My most recent trip, the food was burned, sloppy and they forgot the egg on my susage egg mc muffin. I told them at the drive through window and they handed me a replacement. I parked and checked the bag, they gave me a cheese burger instead. I went inside and they apologized. This time they got it right. As i pulled out of mc donalds and started heading down the road I realized they didnt give me a straw and i gave up.

This mcDonalds in littlestown is one of the worst McDonalds ive been to..I don't think they can handle when they are busy because theh either mess my whole order up or forget something.. and when they arent busy i still have to pull up to the railing and wait for an extra 20 mins.. one time i waites literally an extra 25 all but 30 mins there for 4 sandwhiches a smoothie and i believe and frappuccino and it took that long and they weren't even busy and they still for the smoothie and extra caramel on the frappuccino and i live 5 mins away so please tell me why my food was barely warm.. i dont wanna jabe to constantly have to check if my foods right and they got everything before pulling away... so if you wanna wait in the drive through fir 30 mins after you pulled up to the second window and then have either all your food cold or nothin e
