I only give this place four stars instead of 5 because you never get the same experience twice. The food is always fine. The service and atmosphere is hit or miss and the seating and such needs updating because some of the booths are literally teared. But it's a nice play to bring my 3 year old for a relatively quick meal.

They are lucky to get 1 star. As per usual waited with my daughter almost 5 minutes to be seated when there was only maybe 8 people in restraint but plenty of workers out the back having a great time, it took waitress maybe 15 min to come ask us what we wanted to drink (still only about 6 people present) We ordered and waited another 25 min for food. After we finished eating waited 10 min for waitress to ask whether we wanted dessert so we ordered 2 x frenzies and she left all our dirty dishes etc on table. Waited another 15 min for dessert, she bought them over and we noticed that both cups were half empty, they are expensive and we get half a cup each she again walked away and still failed to take dirty dishes, also cannot believe the noise coming from kitchen, yelling, laughing and we wait this long ? Discussing service, will never return.

I can personally see why people might think this place is closed. 7 pm on a Saturday, the outside light isn’t on, the place is packed, and they seem to be understaffed... ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. Sure there were 7 of us, but it took them forever to even come give us enough menus. Then an equally long time to take out drinks. Food was also subpar once it finally arrived. I was generous with the one star rating. I would’ve rather gone to Olive Garden, and I don’t even like Olive Garden...

I LOVE FRIENDLY'S. My boyfriend and I go here for breakfast every once in a while. I always habe the same waitress who is super sweet. It's usually just her and the cook that is on staff when I go. Not usually very busy but I'm sure that'll change soon! Actually considering going to get a waitressing job there sooner than later :) the food is great and back around Christmas they had an awesome promotion going on... Breakfast during the week was HALF PRICED. The promotion is over these days, but I CANNOT WAIT for it to come back :D over all, good atmosphere, awesome service! Wish I could remember her name, short middle aged woman who is super friendly and ALWAYS smiling!! Service is relatively prompt and on point :)
