NEVER leave there with takeout without unwrapping EVERYTHING to see if it's right. I got burned for the last time today. The food is overpriced, but it's close to where I work so I'd go there for convenience. Well, having to go BACK if I want what I ordered isn't convenient. 3-times now. Strike 3, done with you. And speaking of price, I defy you to place an order and try to guess what the final cost will be. It's ALWAYS higher. A $5.50 sandwich from their menu winds up at $8, so good luck guessing! Then find another place to go.

So hard to get a good grinder around Chicopee and figured we’d give this place a try. Excellent food and excellent service. Will definitely come back to try more.

I use to give this place 5+ stars but now they went to a cheaper cheese i guess! Who puts yellow cheese on a steak n cheese? I use to love the steak n cheese here but now it has a very cheap tasting yellow cheese on it and it is totally a taste kill! I couldnt even eat more then 2 bits last night! Pizza was ok a little to much cheese on it.
