ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!This place is not the place to go for quality food and helpful, friendly staff. They don't want to help any customers they just point you to the kiosk. And the manager along with the entire staff refuse to tell you their names!!!!!???? WHAT!!!!!!!! That is sneaky and what are hiding.I absolutely hate this location and policy with the way they do things here at the Gardner McDonald's, and I will continue to stop going to every fast food establishment that forces me to take my own order , when you clearly have employees there to do that for me, that's half the reason I go out to eat, it's too have someone else take my order. It's called customer service, unfortunately this place does not have that. Do yourself a huge favor, Stay away from this McDonald's!!!!!!!!!! The employees don't want you there anyways. It's disgusting.

Hit or miss.. sometimes great, sometimes not so much. Too many times got coffee (requested dark no sugar) loaded with cream and sugar.. orders are often wrong or mixed up. Think it greatly depends who is working. Mornings are better than afternoons or evenings.

Went into the lobby with a small group to get food. I went to the counter to make an order and was told I had to use the kiosk. I told them I'd really rather order with a person, they told me I wasn't allow even though there was obviously a girl at the counter with a computer who could've taken my order. The manager also came over and told me I had to use the kiosk. I ended up taking my group to Wendy's instead. Much better service there.

The kiosks are litterally the stupidest thing ever. Staff just stood around. They didnt give us everything we ordered. The burgers were dry with no condiments and loaded with onions. They kept coming over to ask how everything was. Sorry dont bother me while i eat. But you would think, since they all have the time to just stand around twiddling thier thumbs, they could clean the place. Trash and food everywhere.
