Good food but a bit pricey. I enjoyed my experience for the most part but it was a little crowded. The atmosphere is nice and the waiters were fine. It was overall a good experience, just the prices were too high.

I use to love Bernard’s, I literally ordered every Friday for to go, picked up and had a delight. Well one fine Friday night my husband got severely sick after having the Mongolian Beef, so I stopped and never returned until today; I thought, just give them another chance, I use to love them, right? I called and tried to order my usual; not only did I had to wait in line for a somewhat long time, the lady was outright rude when she wasn’t able to understand my order, telling they are a Chinese restaurant and if I am sure I had the right number- only after basically yelling I was able to get my order across and then, after taking down my name, she hung upon me. Very disappointed-they we’re my favorite. This time was definitely the last time.

Great food! A little pricy and wish they offered dinner combos so you didn't have to buy every dish separately. That said, we've always really enjoyed the plates that we've ordered. I was originally skeptical of the tomato-based egg drop soup, but now I love it (you can get the regular egg drop soup too)! We think it's the best (Americanized) Chinese food around.

Surprisingly crowded on a Sunday night. Nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff. Food is fairly genetic American style Chinese; a bit on the bland and sweet side. Fairly consistent, not bad, but uninspiring. Portions are large, so you get a good amount for your money, just not enough flavor.

Good food, but pricey compared to many other Chinese restaurants. You pay for the atmosphere and location if you're in the area and don't want to travel elsewhere. I go occasionally, but honestly, if I'm in the plaza, I'm more likely to hit Shake Shack.
