Food is authentic and so good. Be careful that they don't try and charge you a little extra. A lot of times I go in and find extra items on the bill. Well worth it though

Had a great time at this place a month ago when my friend visited Boston from Chicago. We had wine 🍷 of our choice and food which was was really great. Staff was really very friendly and professional. My friend suggested if they could marinate the tanduri chicken better so that it taste much more juicy then dry would be better.

Pros: Good quality food Decent ambiance Somewhat convenient location Cons: Higher price than similar restaurants in the area Smaller portions than similar restaurants in the area Unprofessional Service Most important reason for the minus two stars: Service consistently lacks friendliness and professionalism. One is often made to feel unwelcome and as if a burden to these staff members who seem very unhappy with their choice of workplace. If you look at the reviews, this is a common problem. I am a local and hear this from other locals often. No amount of encouragement, or complaining, 20% and above tips, nor doing most of the table cleaning (stacking plates, wiping table, etc.) improves treatment. For friendly service it is suggested to go to Anmol in Beverly. While the food there, admittedly, seems slightly lower quality, it is also less expensive, bigger portions, and the staff are friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of dietary restrictions.

Food was good but we go out to eat in restaurant to get change from routine . Good food loose its taste if we don't get good atmosphere. Carpet should be proper cleaned. Waiters including owner should be proper dressed in professional way. There should be table cloth on table. They need to change crockery. Overall bit lack of professionalism . Owner was looking tired and yawning. We can cook very well at home but we go out to feel different . These are my comments because criticism is required for improvement. Again food was good but taste of food get lighter with these things.

Not as flavorful as I'd like it, but my meal still cooked to satisfaction. However, judging by what else was bought at my table and consumed meals can be hit or miss. An average place if you're craving Indian food, but don't be expect to be blown away.
