Delicious cocktails, and the kitchen is delicious. I'm a mushroom person, and the chicken with sauce was aesthetic and tasty. They also know how to do lighting transitioning into the evening. Music is great. There are enough good points that for the price, location, venue; all of it - 5/5. Staff is great too.

I am very disappointed in the service my boyfriend and I received last night. We are loyal Biagio customers and our experience last night was less than acceptable. Our reservation was at 7:30 and you guys were running 20 minutes behind, which is completely fine. We sat at the bar and had a few drinks. However, when we were seated for our meal at 8:00pm, we ordered appetizers and then placed our meal order. We did not get our dinner served until after 9:45pm. Not only did guests that were seated after us get their meals before us, but some of them even ordered the same thing we did. It is clear our order was not even placed to the kitchen. The general manager did not offer an apology, but instead brought an appetizer over to our table, one that we had already ordered more than an hour before. NO ONE ever apologized and we were charged for both meals. I understand Valentine's Day is a busy night, but the service was completely unacceptable. We’ve been coming to Biagio’s for years and have brought many of our friends. I just want to let you know we will not recommend this restaurant to anyone anymore and you’ve lost very loyal customers.

Been to Biagio many times but NO MORE!! Can't trust they won't have HIDDEN CHARGES on the bill. $8.00 "HIDDEN CHARGE" for 4 Blue Cheese Olives PER DRINK! Didn't realize it until we noticed how much more the bill total was compared to the sub total. We had a party of 13 and 9 of them had Martinis. Manager was a complete jerk to one of the people in my party, the waiter didn't know how to explain the difference in the totals until someone in the party went to the computer with him. After a 45 minute ordeal fixing it, our table ended up with over $150 back (from hidden and false charges).. I can only imagine how many people they've overcharged.

We had our company holiday party for the second time. I believe the restaurant is ALWAYS upkept and beautiful. The food is good. But where they've shined for us was the service. They are fabulous.

The broccoli rabe and sausage spring roll, roasted beet and goat cheese salad, and the Tuscan seafood stew were all DELICIOUS. The stylish dining room and exceptional service completed the wonderful experience we had at Biagio.
